Downtown Phoenix - A safe place to live!

As a long time resident of Phoenix, I've seen the city grow and change in many ways. I have seen Scottsdale emerge as a high end area from what was basically just desert and

horses (although the horses are a mainstay). I've seen the East Valley rise to one of the top suburbs in the country, and I've seen major corporations like PetSmart grow to employ over 50,000 Arizonans at their headquarters located here in Phoenix. Downtown, however, remained a cluster of high-rises and was dead by 6pm.

I longed for a cool downtown area, as many locals did. Well, the city listened, and now our downtown area is a thriving Mecca of food and fun! The City of Phoenix has made many improvements including our public transportation and new State College Campuses. The best improvement however.....the crime rate! According to the Phoenix Police statistical data, crime is down over 60% since 2017! With beautiful condos and and more and more things to do, Downtown Phoenix is attracting some charming neighbors.
